The Office of Technology Transfer and Industry Relations serves as the primary resource for Intellectual Property (IP) related matters at WKU.
The Western Kentucky University Intellectual Property Policy was approved by the WKU Board of Regents on January 28, 2000. A revision was approved by the WKU Board of Regents on January 31, 2003.
