Western Kentucky University will not tolerate sexual harassment in any form. The University's complete sexual harassment policy, including the procedures for making an informal or formal complaint, may be located in the office of each Department Head, each Dean, or may also be reviewed in the Office of Human Resources, the Affirmative Action/ADA Compliance Office, the reference desk of the Margie Helm Library, and the Office of the President. In addition, you may contact the Director of Human Resources (745-5360), the Affirmative Action/ADA Compliance Officer (745-5121), or the Dean of Student Life (745-2791) if you have questions about the policy or a concern over harassment.
